1 Turn on the processing with TAB  first

2 then switch to surface mode with 3

3 then select the surfaces

4 Activate with I für Intrusion and pull backwards

Damit kann man eine kleine Innenfläche erstellen

 

5 Und dann E für Extrusion

Damit kann man den Körper an der Fläche erhöhen
