After a few incorrect accesses to SQL Server, the internal web server of Asp.Net Core MVC hangs.

The problem is that then the entire application hangs for all web clients.

You then have to restart the IIS web server and web application by stopping the Web site, changing the Web.config, and then restarting the Web site.
