Beim Windows UWP Programmen kommt beim Build Rebuild der
Anwendung die Fehlermeldung:

Certificate .pfx file not found in Windows Packaging |
Zertifikat in appxmanifest festlegen
Auf Package.appxmanifest doppelclick ->Designer ->Packaging
Publisher->Choose Certificate
Dann muss man ein neues Test Zertifikat erstellen
Create Test Certificate
Publisher Common Name
Enter password for new file xxx.pfx
Confirm password:
UWP, Visual Studio
Package.appxmanifest -Designer-Packaging-new certificat, test certificate
